At your home, over the phone or drop off. We'll find out what's actually going on before touching anything.
We tell you the price
Plainly, before any work starts. If it isn't worth repairing we'll say so rather than take your money.
We fix it and show you
Then we walk you through what changed, so you're not left guessing. Ring us afterwards if it plays up again.

If we can't fix it, we halve the bill. Come out, have a proper go, and if it beats us you pay £20 for the visit rather than £45 — and we'll tell you who can help instead. Over-70s and blue badge holders get the first home visit at £35.
